Emily Re
Strategic Leadership ConsultantEmily is based in Melbourne. She is the founder of Life-Lab and brings a background in Social and Behavioural Sciences, having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Teaching with honours. Emily draws on her experience as a teacher in Australia, the UK and Hong Kong and a lifetime of observing and learning from her father Robert’s work, which provided invaluable insights and inspiration.
Emily is accredited in DISC Behavioural Profiling and regularly facilitates workshops on communication, learning and conflict resolution styles, team building, personal development and workplace change. She is passionate about developing community and is an active volunteer at both the Maidstone Soccer Club, where she co-ordinates and supports the team managers in her role as Volunteer Co-ordinator, and as a committee member of the newly revitalised West 3012 Business Association.
Emily helps participants gain greater understanding of their own strengths and areas for development, combining her genuinely approachable style with tried and tested tools to enhance both the personal and professional lives of those she works with.
