Culture design
Culture design is the intentional process of shaping the patterns of behaviour, beliefs, practices and experiences that define how an organisation works. Rather than leaving culture to evolve by chance, culture design makes it explicit – aligning values, leadership expectations, systems, and everyday behaviours so that the desired culture becomes predictable, visible and sustainable.

The mechanics of culture design sit in the systems and signals that influence how people behave every day. These include leadership role modelling, decision-making norms, communication practices, rituals, team habits, performance expectations, recognition, accountability, and the policies and structures that reinforce what is valued. In simple terms, culture is created through what is encouraged, tolerated, rewarded, measured and repeated. Culture design training
If you want, we’ll get on the tools with you; alternately, we can provide you with the training, tools and techniques that will allow you and your team to “owner-build”.
Culture design training can be delivered across 1-2 full days, or as compartmentalised 2-hour packages, on-site or on-line.
Training is delivered using adult learning methodologies and includes theory, group discussion, case studies and immersive / interactive learning experiences. All training support materials will be provided as part of this process.
