Leadership at Work partnered with Furphy Geelong to deliver practical leadership training designed to build real-world leadership capability.
The training focused on usable tools, relevant techniques and skills leaders could take straight back into their roles and apply within the day-to-day workplace environment.
Furphy Geelong wanted to strengthen leadership capability across the business by giving its leaders practical skills they could apply immediately. The focus was on investing in the leadership team in a way that would support confidence, consistency and positive outcomes across the organisation.
The training helped equip Furphy Geelong’s leaders with practical skills and contributed to a positive impact across the business. The experience has been well received, with the partnership continuing from 2023 through to today.
